The park: a great walk among European wildlife
Gramat Animal Park is visited like a real nature walk: a drive-through wildlife park set across 40 hectares of shaded grounds, between Rocamadour and Padirac, where you can discover over 150 species and around 1,000 animals (European wildlife + domestic breeds). You visit at your own pace along a route of around 4 km, usually in 3 hours, with observation points along the trails.
Activities: guided feeding sessions depending on the season
In addition to the self-guided visit, the park offers feeding activities at certain times (especially weekends and public holidays, depending on the season), included with park admission. The schedule regularly highlights meet-ups around different species (e.g., themed feedings), perfect for seeing the animals more active and learning by watching the keepers at work.
Immersive experiences
If you want a more immersive option, the park offers two bookable formats: “Keeper for a Day” (around 3.5 hours in the morning, behind the scenes of the job) and “À la carte feeding” (around 20 minutes, €45 for a group of 1 to 6 people, booking at least 48 hours in advance, time slots at 3 PM or 4 PM). Ideal experiences to make your stay memorable, especially with curious kids or animal lovers.
