Good to know: one of the starting points is right on site at Camping La Plage in Meyronne, so you can set off by canoe easily without taking the car.

Copeyre Canoë offers canoe and kayak rentals on the Dordogne, for trips that everyone can enjoy, from half a day to a full day or several days. A great way to discover the river and its landscapes in complete freedom, departing from Souillac and nearby bases.

Freedom on MTB & E-bike

The maze & the boat getaway

In addition to canoe trips, Copeyre offers two really nice “bonus” activities: on one side, the Labyrinthe de l’Ermite, a large self-guided corn maze where you make your way through by solving riddles and word puzzles (perfect for families, with a real holiday vibe and a spot to take a break/picnic on site); on the other, a gabare-style boat getaway, a quiet, relaxing ride on the river (often in an electric version), ideal for enjoying the scenery and observing nature effortlessly—like a little discovery cruise between two more sporty activities

On site, you’ll find:

  • A shuttle to take you back to the starting point after your trip (depending on the route)
  • A handy area to get ready: toilets / waiting area (depending on the base)

Access from Camping La Plage in Meyronne

Directions:
From the campsite, to reach the main base, head to Souillac (via the D703 / D820), then follow the “Copeyre Canoë” / canoe base signs along the Dordogne. Allow around 10–15 minutes by car.
